Iced Ube Latte

Ingredients:

250ml Milk of your choice

1 can Full Fat Coconut cream (make sure it is pure, no thickening agents)

15g Coco sugar or any sweetener of your choice.

45g Ube powder

60ml Hot water

3 to 4 Ice cubes

Method:

Ube Coco Whip:

Chill coconut cream overnight.

Make sure to chill your bowl and whisk 30mins before making the cream.

Open your can of coconut milk, scoop out the hardened coconut cream with a spoon into your

bowl. 

Pour the coconut water into a separate container and save for another use. 

Using a whisk or a hand mixer, fluff up the coconut cream for a minute then add coco sugar or

sweetener of choice and the ube powder and mix until well incorporated. Let it chill and set

aside in the fridge.

Assembling your latte:

In a latte glass, dissolve ube powder into the hot water. Add in 3 to 4 pcs of Ice cubes.

Carefully spoon in milk of your choice to create a layer. 

Top with the ube coco whip, garnish with ube powder, rose petals or any garnish of your choice. 

Variation: Use whipped cream to top your Iced Ube Latte.

Serve cold. Enjoy!
